Ham and Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

2 cups Cooked ham, cubed
1 (10-inch) pastry shell
1 pkt (10-oz) frozen broccoli
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
3 tablespoons Onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups Scalded milk
3 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

Cook, drain and chop broccoli. Layer half of broccoli, ham and cheese in shell. Repeat with second half. Sprinkle onion over top and set aside.

Gradually stir milk into eggs and add seasonings. Pour into pastry shell and bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and cook 35 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
