Lemon-Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

3 tablespoons Freshly-squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 Garlic clove minced
teaspoon Dried oregano, tarragon, or cup Olive oil
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine the lemon juice, mustard, garlic, and oregano in a small bowl. Whisk in the oil in a slow, steady stream until well blended. Season with salt and pepper.
