Ingredients
1 15 ½ ounce can
salmon
1 cup
saltine
crumbs
2 tablespoons minced
onions
1 tablespoon
lemon juice
2 tablespoons melted
butter
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1
egg
beaten
2/3 cup
milk
1 dash
pepper
Preparation

Drain and flake salmon.

Add all other ingredients and
mix
lightly.

Pour mixture into well greased 8

Loaf pan.

Bake
at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
