What you need: 2 cups dry beans (soaked and drained), or 2 cans of beans 3-5 red potatoes (depending on size and how much you like potatoes) 2 carrots 2 ...

Step 1 |
Chop vegetables. |
Step 2 |
Saute onions and garlic in vegetable oil. |
Step 3 |
Add all ingredients other ingredients. |
Step 4 |
Simmer for app. 1 hour. |
