Ambe che Satt or Mango Jam
Ingredients
3 grams mangoes pulp about 500
1 1/2 cups (katori) about 180 grms sugar
Preparation

Transfer the pulp of the mangoes in a thick bottomed pan. (I used the pressure pan).

When the pulp leaves the sides of the pan and becomes a bit translucent add the sugar and stir.

Transfer to a steel container.
