cups flour

1 ⅓

cups lard (or Crisco)

1 ⅓

cups water

1 ⅓

teaspoons salt

FILLING: WHITE SAUCE -

cups milk

tablespoons flour

tablespoons butter

Step 1

Cut in 6 inch squares and put in refrigerator until ready for use.

Step 2

Melt fat and blend in flour to make a smooth paste or mixture. Add milk slowly and cook on slow heat. Add 3/4 teaspoon salt. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until thick.

Step 3

Add 2 ounce can of Kraft grated cheese and 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. When half cool, add 3 cans of tuna fish. Place in refrigerator until ready to use. Then fill in pie squares and bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Use small pie pans. Makes 14 pies.
