FILLING: WHITE SAUCE - |

cups milk |

tablespoons flour |

tablespoons butter |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Cut in 6 inch squares and put in refrigerator until ready for use. |
Step 2 |
Melt fat and blend in flour to make a smooth paste or mixture. Add milk slowly and cook on slow heat. Add 3/4 teaspoon salt. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until thick. |
Step 3 |
Add 2 ounce can of Kraft grated cheese and 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. When half cool, add 3 cans of tuna fish. Place in refrigerator until ready to use. Then fill in pie squares and bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees. Use small pie pans. Makes 14 pies. |
