Recipe: Pan Fried Tuna edit

fresh tuna steaks |

tablespoons olive oil |
½ |
teaspoon rosemary |
½ |
teaspoon thyme |

cloves garlic, sliced |
2 |
scallions, chopped |
2 |
cloves garlic, diced |

stuffed olives, chopped |

tablespoon capers, chopped |

tablespoon parsley, chopped |

tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
½ |
cup olive oil |

teaspoon anchovy paste |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Marinate tuna for at least 1 hour. To make marinade mix first four ingredients. Pan fry tuna in a hot non-stick skillet for 5 minutes. Turn, cook other side 5 minutes. |
Step 2 |
Sauce - mix remaining ingredients and pour over tuna. Serves 4. |
