The Master Margarita

Ingredients

3 ounces Vodka
1 ounce Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
4 wedges Clementine or Tangerine
Ice
Dash of lemon zest

Preparation

Combine vodka, lemon juice and sugar, and stir until sugar is dissolved.

Add ice and stir until the liquid is cold and a little ice has melted into the drink.

Pour the drink into two martini glasses.

Gently break or crush two wedges of clementine into each glass.

Top with lemon zest.
