Step 1 |
In a sauce pan heat the sugar and water. Stirring constantly bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cook to room temperature. Combine the syrup, lemon and lime, chill to very cold. Stir in the papaya. Pour into a ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer's directions. |
