Paprika&pancetta Quiche

Ingredients

puffpastry
150 grams pancetta (or bacon) cut into small pieces
100 milliliters full fat cream
1 egg
1 tablespoon sweet paprika (powder)

Preparation

Prepare you tin with the puffpastry

Mix together philadelphia, cream, the egg and paprika until you'll have a smooth mixture; add in pancetta or bacon

Pour the mixture onto the tin covered with puffpastry and bake in hot oven, 180-190°C, until firm and golden.
