Recipe: Leftover Cooked Rice - Berry Rice Layer Dessert edit

grams Cooked white rice, (any type) |

grams Ripe berries, prepared |

tablespoons Berry conserve |
1 |
ounce Zest, shredded, juice squeezed |
450 |
grams Creme fraiche, (or fromage frais) |

edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Whizz the rice, half of the berries, and all of the sugar along with the fruit conserve briefly in a food processor to a rosy puree. Layer this in 4 serving glass dishes or bowls. |
Step 2 |
Add a layer of remaining fruit, the juice then the dairy product of your choice. Add the zest. |
