Yield: 4 servings

edit Ingredients

grams Cooked white rice, (any type)

350

grams Ripe berries, prepared

tablespoons Vanilla sugar

2

tablespoons Berry conserve

1

ounce Zest, shredded, juice squeezed

450

grams Creme fraiche, (or fromage frais)

Extra fruits or mint to decorate

edit Preparation

Step 1

Whizz the rice, half of the berries, and all of the sugar along with the fruit conserve briefly in a food processor to a rosy puree. Layer this in 4 serving glass dishes or bowls.

Step 2

Add a layer of remaining fruit, the juice then the dairy product of your choice. Add the zest.

Step 3

Decorate with extra fruits or mint and serve cool.
