Ingredients

tomatoes
(finely sliced)
1 teaspoon
sugar
salt
1/4 teaspoon chilly powder
1/4 teaspoon
mustard seeds
oil
Preparation

Heat
1 tsp oil in a pan .

Add mustard
seeds
,when they start spluttering add tomatoes ,
salt
, chilly powder .

After 2 min add 1 cup water , cover

After 5 min , when the tomatoes become lumpy n
extract
juice
, add sugar , let it
simmer
for 2 min .

Remove from
heat
.

All the spices and sugar
can
be adjusted as per
taste
.
