Ingredients
Crust:
2 sticks
butter
6 ounces
cream cheese
2 cups
flour
Filling:
1 cup
pecans
1 cup
dark brown sugar
1 tablespoon
melted
butter
1 teaspoon
vanilla
1
egg
Preparation

Mix
crust.

Mix
all filling, adding egg last.

Make small balls (using 1 teaspoon of dough), place in mini muffin pan, and shape to inside of cup.

Fill halfway with filling.

Bake
at 350 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

Cool
and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
