Jarnac Shrubb Cocktail
A shrubb is a way to use up fruit that is ripe. Incredibly popular in the south in the prohibition. Similar flavor to a gastrique. A shrubb is a cocktail made with a fruit syrup, usually with a vinegar base. Macerate fruit in apple cider vinegar for 2 + weeks, boil it up and strain it off.
