Smoked Salmon Pasta Salad

Ingredients

8 ounces sm. shell pasta
8 ounces smoked salmon, cut in ½" strips
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, sliced
cut in quarters
1 sm. white boiling onion, sliced in thin rings
4 green onions, thinly sliced, including green part
2 tablespoons drained capers
1 tablespoon fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried
3/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayo
2 tablespoons lemon juice
freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Cook pasta in boiling water until tender, drain and cool.

Combine all ingredients, refrigerate in air tight container 1 or 2 days. At serving time test for additional salt or pepper. May substitute scallop or prawns. Serves 6.
