Queen Cakes

Ingredients

3 ounces Butter
3 ounces Sugar
2 Egg
Flavouring essence
5 ounces SR flour

Preparation

Cram butter and sugar, add well beaten eggs and then flour gradually.

Stir as little as possible after adding flour.

This foundation also does plain cakes for lamingtons or a steamed pudding.
