cup Unsweetened Applesauce

teaspoon Basil

½

tablespoon Cider Vinegar

teaspoon Olive Oil

tablespoons Tomato Paste

1

cl Finely Chopped Garlic

1 ½

pounds Peeled, Deveined Med. Shrimp

¼

cup Dry White Wine

2

tablespoons Lemon Juice

½

teaspoon Oregano

¼

cup Crumbled Feta Cheese

Step 1

Mix applesauce, basil, vinegar, olive oil, tomato paste, and garlic. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.

Step 2

Set oven control to broil. Grease bottom and sides of rectangular pan, 13X9X2 inches, with shortening.

Step 3

Mix shrimp, wine, lemon juice, oregano, and the tomato sauce that has been refrigerated. Arrange mixture in the pan with the shrimp in a single layer. Sprinkle with the feta cheese.

Step 4

Broil with top 4 inches from heat about 5 minutes or until shrimp are pink and firm. Serve hot.
