[edit] Ingredients

½

cup milk

2

cups dry seasoned bread stuffing

1

pkt brown gravy mix, (5/8 oz.)

¼

cup butter or margarine

4

rib pork chops, cut 1" thick

Salt and pepper, to taste

[edit] Preparation

Step 1

In a 2-cup glass measure, heat milk and butter together in microwave until butter melts. Remove and add to stuffing mix. Stir until moistened. Make a pocket in each chop by slicing chop in half lengthwise to the bone. Season with salt and pepper. Fill each cavity with 1/2 cup stuffing mixture and press together. Sprinkle top-side of chops with 1/2 of the brown gravy mix. Place gravy side down in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle remaining gravy mix on top of the chops. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 12 minutes or until tender and done. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes before serving.
