Ham and Cheese Potato Pie

Ingredients
4 cups hash brown potato cubes thawed
1 cup cooked ham cubed
1 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
1/4 cup green onions chopped
1 can green chiles drained
3/4 cup milk
6 eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Heat oven to 350 . In greased 9 x 13 pan, spread potatoes. Top with ham, Monterey jack cheese, and chiles. In medium bowl combine milk, eggs, salt and pepper; beat with wire whisk or fork until frothy. Pour over potatoes. Bake for 30 minutes; sprinkle with cheese. Continue baking for 5 to 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
