Indian Potatoes

Ingredients

450 pounds gm 1 potatoes scrubbed and
small Chopped into pieces
1 Cauliflower chopped into
small Florets
10 teaspoons ml 2 oil
5 teaspoons ml 1 turmeric
25 teaspoons ml 0,5 cumin seeds
Ground black pepper.
100 grams 3,5 oz mushrooms

Preparation

Par-boil the potatoes for 5 minutes, then add the cauliflower and cook for a further 4 minutes. Drain. Heat oil in a wok and then add the spices. Cook for about one minute and then add the vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes or so until the vegetables are tender.
