1 inch thick pork chops bone in |

16 oz. can pineapple chunks and juice |

cup brown sugar |

teaspoon Shredded fresh basil about 1-2 |

Step 1 |
Put all ingredients in plastic bag and marinate at least 6-8 hours Grill chops 6-8 minutes on each side. Skewer the pineapple pieces, grill and serve as a garnish. |

Serve with rice salad |
