Sauteed Peas With Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 lg. pkg. frozen
peas
1 cup sliced
mushrooms
- fresh
1 sm.
onion
3 tablespoons
butter
Salt
and
pepper
to taste
Preparation
1
Melt
butter in large
skillet
over medium
heat.
Cut
up onion in small pieces, add to
melted butter.
Cook until transparent. Add fresh mushrooms and cook slightly. Add
frozen
peas,
stir
and cover,
simmering
until peas are done,
stirring
occasionally.
