can pineapple chunks and juice |

tablespoons brown sugar |

cups coconut |

cup cherries |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Cut up chicken or ribs. Mix sugar, pineapple and juice and coconut syrup. Pour over chicken or ribs. Sprinkle with coconut and cherries. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serve with rice. |
