tablespoon Vegetable oil

2

Garlic cloves, minced

½

teaspoon Minced fresh ginger root

2

Celery stalks cut into julienne strips

8

cups Chinese cabbage chunks (1-inch pieces)

½

pound Fresh mushrooms, sliced

¾

cup Spinach washed and torn in pieces

2

tablespoons Kikkoman Soy Sauce

edit Preparation

Step 1

Värm olja i stor stekpanna eller järngryta över medelhög värme. Tillsätt vitlök och ingefära, saute tills vitlöken är lätt brynt. Lägg selleri, stek 2 minuter. Lägg kål och svamp, stek 2 minuter. Lägg spenat, stek 2 minuter. Lägg sojasås och släng att bestryka grönsaker. Servera genast.
