Homemade Kiwi Wine

Ingredients

75 Ripe kiwis
2 pounds red grapes, frozen
12 ounces 100%% grape concentrate
10 pounds sugar
2 packets yeast

Preparation

Peel kiwi, mash with thawed grapes, put sugar into carboy, dissolve completely, add mashed fruit, grape concentrate, water (about 4 gallons) and yeast.

Ferment as usual. This is just the first racking taste and I added 5 more pounds sugar as I like a sweet wine
