Rabbit Salad

Ingredients

2 cups Chopped cooked rabbit
cup Chopped celery
1 tablespoon Chopped onion
cup Diced cooked potatoes
teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Pickle liquid
tablespoon Lemon juice

Preparation

Mix rabbit, pickle, celery, onion, potatoes, and salt lightly. Mix pickle liquid, lemon juice, and mayonnaise, and pour on. Chill for 1 hour.
