Lentils and Spinach Soup

Ingredients
A jar of
lentils
bacon
sliced into small cubes
5 bunchs
of freshly picked
spinach
An
onion
oil
a vegetable
bouillon cube
Preparation
1
Brown
the
sliced
onion, and bacon in olive oil.

Slice
the carrot and celery and throw them in the pan.
3
Open the lentils jar and
wash
off their water.
4
Put the lentils in the pan .
5
Add the bouillon cube ,water and boil for at least 40 minutes.
6
Then
wash
the spinach under running water .
Cut
off the roots and

Throw the leaves into the
soup
.
8
Cook for 10 minutes.
