ounces Frozen Loganberries

sprg fresh mint for garnish

Step 1

Put the bananas and unthawed frozen Loganberries into a food processor and liquidize for 2-3 minutes until the fruit has been pureed.

Step 2

Spoon the mixture into small individual bowls, garnish with the mint sprigs and serve. Calories per serving is 40. This dish is also low in cholesterol and high in fibre.
