Ingredients

4 salmon steaks or 1 filet, whole or cut into portions
1/4 cup brown mustard
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons orange juice

Preparation

Mix the 3 sauce ingredients together and spoon over the salmon. You may refrigerate for 3-4 hours or you may cook right away.

Broil for 10-15 minutes or bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
