2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
4 rashers bacon
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
Sprinkle oysters with a few drops of sauce. Remove rind from bacon and cut into fine julienned strips. Pile bacon on top of each oyster to completely cover and grill for 3-4 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
