Oysters Kilpatrick

Ingredients

2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
4 ras bacon
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped

Preparation

Sprinkle oysters with a few drops of sauce. Remove rind from bacon and cut into fine julienne. Pile bacon on top of each oyster to completely cover and grill for 3-4 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
