Lemons

grams Sweet concentrated milk

Step 1

Cut the ends off the lemons, then cut the lemons in half. Squeeze the juice and remove the pulp from the lemons without splitting the skins.

Step 2

Add the concentrated milk to the lemon juice and pulp, and blend in the liquidizer.

Step 3

Pour the mixture into a bowl and leave in the freezer for 3 hours.

Step 4

Before serving, fill the empty lemon skins with the frozen mixture.
