Step 1 |
Cut the ends off the lemons, then cut the lemons in half. Squeeze the juice and remove the pulp from the lemons without splitting the skins. |
Step 2 |
Add the concentrated milk to the lemon juice and pulp, and blend in the liquidizer. |
Step 3 |
Pour the mixture into a bowl and leave in the freezer for 3 hours. |
Step 4 |
Before serving, fill the empty lemon skins with the frozen mixture. |
