Step 1 |
In a large bowl, blend together the eggs, baking mix, sugar, milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth. Dip the bread slices in the batter until covered but not soaked. |
Step 2 |
In a large skillet, heat 1 inch of the oil. Add the bread slices and cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve immediately with the Spiced Butter and Gingered Whipped Cream. |
