Spaghetti With Creme Fraiche and Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

2 cups spaghetti, cooked
2 ounces smoked salmon, sliced
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

Prepare spaghetti according to direction on package and drain well.

Combine creme fraiche, dijon mustard, kosher salt and fresh dill.

Toss spaghetti in creme fraiche mixture.

Top with smoked salmon slices and garnish with additional fresh dill.

About

This spaghetti can be enjoyed cold or can be heated in the microwave for a few minutes. Both equally delicious! You can substitute sour cream for the creme fraiche.
