Chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon Smoke flavoring
1 packet Frozen corn
1 teaspoon capers

Preparation

Peel and cube aubergine. Water saute onion and garlic until tender. Add aubergine and tomatoes. Heat until aubergine is tender, then add the corn and smoke flavoring. Heat through and serve. Great hot or cold!
