Sift dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients. With cupcake liners in muffin pans, fill half full of batter. Top with teaspoon of filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. For Filling: Beat first 4 ingredients; add chocolate chips. |
