Frozen strawberry yogurt
Ingredients
3 dl natural greek yogurt
1 dl cream
0.5 dl caster sugar
3 dl strawberries
orange water
lemon
fresh mint
Preparation

Let yogurt strain through a sieve for couple of hours or overnight.

Whisk yogurt with cream until smooth.

Mash strawberries and mix with yogurt and cream so that few lumps remain.

Add sugar.

If wanted, flavor with few drops of orange water, or lemon and fresh mint.

Freeze fro few hours or use ice-cream maker. Defrost for half an hour before serving.
