Deep-Fry Batter

Ingredients

1 can (12-oz) beer
cup Flour

Don't know if this is what you are looking for or not but this is a good batter for a lot of things - mostly I use it to deep fry veggies...

Let the batter stand for an hour or so before dipping veggies/wings. Cook in hot oil.
