cup dry sherry |

teaspoon olive oil |

cups thinly-sliced leeks |
1 |
cup thinly-sliced shiitakes |
1 |
teaspoon fresh orange juice |
½ |
teaspoon grated orange peel |
1 |
tablespoon apple cider vinegar |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
In a large skillet, over medium heat, combine sherry and oil. Heat to simmering. |
Step 2 |
Add leeks, stirring frequently for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. |
Step 3 |
Stir in orange juice, orange peel and vinegar. Remove from heat. Add seasonings and serve warm. |
