Created by: Anonymous
edit Ingredients
½ |
cup Soy sauce |
½ |
cup Water |
2 |
tablespoons Lemon juice |
1 |
tablespoon Brown sugar |
2 |
tablespoons Salad oil |
¼ |
teaspoon Liquid hot sauce, (or to taste,I have also used chopped hot peppers) |
1 |
Clove garlic, crushed |
¼ |
teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Combine ingredients. Use to marinate beef, pork or chicken before grilling. |
Step 2 |
I usually let the meat marinade for approximately 24 to 30 hours in the refrigerator in a plastic(tupperware)container tightly closed. This is an excellent marinade, got it off the back of a soy sauce bottle. |
