Ingredients

1/2 cup onion chopped
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons beef bouillon
2 cups broccoli flowerets
2 cups zucchini sliced
8 ounces mushrooms sliced
1 medium red bell pepper cut in strips
1 pound fettucine cooked

Preparation

In large skillet, cook and stir onion, garlic, and italian seasonings in oil until onion is tender. Add water, bouillon, and vegetables. Cover and simmer 5 - 7 minutes until vegetables are tender - crisp. Toss with hot fettucine. Serve immediately.
