tablespoons Olive oil |

pounds Red potatoes, sliced |

tablespoons Chopped fresh thyme |
1 |
tablespoon Minced garlic |
1 ½ |
cups Chicken broth |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Melt butter with olive oil in large heavy skillet. Add potatoes, thyme and garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add broth and bring to a boil. |
Step 2 |
Reduce heat, cover and simmer until tender, stirring occasionally. Add more broth, if necessary. |
