Yield: 8 servings

edit Ingredients

2

cups diced seeded tomatoes

½

cup minced fresh cilantro

¼

cup lime juice

2

garlic cloves minced

½

teaspoon hot-pepper sauce or more to taste

Step 1

Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl

Diced colorful peppers, zucchini, onions and fresh parsley may also be added. May also be processed in jars for storage (follow canning process for safety).
