Baked Pork Tenderloin With Gravy

Ingredients

1 whole pork tenderloin, about 1 lb
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup butter
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 cup finely chopped celery (I use more)
2 tablespoons parsley

Preparation

Brown pork in butter (2 tablespoons). Saute vegetables in remaining butter. Add chicken broth, cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4.
