pound lean beef steak, thinly sliced |

sweet red pepper, seeded and cut into ¾ inch squares |

sweet green pepper, seeded and cut into ¾ inch squares |

tomato, cut in wedges |

tablespoons oil |
2 |
garlic cloves, minced |
1 |
onion, chopped |

tablespoons soy sauce |
1 |
teaspoon corn starch |

tablespoon oil |

Step 1 |
Wok cook: |

Marinate the beef in the garlic, onion, soy sauce, corn starch and oil for 15 to 30 minutes. |
Step 3 |
Heat the wok and add 2 tablespoons oil. When it begins to smoke add the pepper and the tomatoes. Stir fry until they are slightly softened and remove them from the wok. |
Step 4 |
Add the remaining oil. Drain the beef reserving the marinade. Stir fry the beef in the wok until it begins to brown. |
Step 5 |
Return the peppers and tomato to the wok. Add the marinade and cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately. Serves 6. |
