edit Ingredients

ounces Anchovy fillet

clv garlic, mashed

1

Egg

¼

medium Onion, chopped

½

cup Parmesan, fresh, grated

1 ½

teaspoons Black pepper, coarsely ground

2

tablespoons Red wine vinegar

½

cup + 2 TBS Olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

The anchovy are packaged in small tins. 2 oz. is about 12 fillets or 2 tablespoons.

Step 2

Place all except oil in food processor.

Step 3

Process and add oil slowly while processor is running.

Step 4

Adjust salt and pepper if needed.
