Macaroni and Two Cheeses

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces elbow macaroni
1/4 cup skim milk
grated
3/4 ounce lowfat cheddar cheese grated

Preparation

Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Season liberally with salt. Add the macaroni and boil 8-10 minutes until cooked but still slightly chewy (al dente).

In a medium saucepan heat milk over medium heat. Once the milk is heated through add cheese and stir constantly until cheese has melted.

Add macaroni and season to taste with salt and pepper. Bon appetit!
