Spicy Korean Bbq Pork

Ingredients

2 pounds pork roast, trimmed and sliced into thin strips
1/4 cup brown sugar [can use Splenda blend]
1/4 cup soy sauce [DO NOT use less sodium this time]
3 teaspoons chili garlic sauce [I use Huy Fong]
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced

Preparation

Mix the marinade ingredients and pour over your sliced pork.

Marinate no less then 4 hours, however I would recommend marinating overnight.

Preheat your grill to high. Place pork on grill and grill 3 minutes each side. Your done!!

If you want a sauce to pour over it, boil your leftover marinade in a sauce pan for a few minutes until boils down and thickens. I then add rice wine vinegar to taste to thin it and decrease the sweetness and pour over meat.
