zucchini (medium size), cut into 1/2 inch thick slices |

cup rice vinegar |

tablespoons olive oil |

cup fresh dill sprigs, chopped |

Step 1 |
Preheat grill to medium high. Toss zucchini slices with a little oil. Place on grill turning to make grill marks. Leave on grill for about 5 minutes turning once. |
Step 2 |
In a stainless steel bowl mix together rice vinegar, olive oil and chopped fresh dill sprigs. |

Refrigerate until ready to serve. |
