GREEN SALAD

Ingredients

for the salad
150 gr fresh spinach or baby spinach
1 medium size avocado
20 gr ground almonds (you can use walnuts,pumpkin seeds or other nuts and seeds of your choice)
20 gr capers
for the dressing
20 ml extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove
1/3 tsp sea salt
7-8 black pepper grains or 1 tsp black pepper powder
juice from half a lemon

Preparation

Wash carefully the spinach.

Cut it into small pieces.

Peel the avocado and chop it into cubes.

Combine all of the ingredients for the salad in a bowl and mix well.

Put the ingredients for the dressing in a blender or food processor and blend until everything is well combined.

Pour the dressing over the salad and mix.

Serve and enjoy!
