Quick Raspberry Jam

Ingredients
16 ounces
fresh
raspberries
1/4 cup
sugar
cup
honey
cup
water
1 teaspoon fruit
pectin
(no
sugar
needed variety)
Preparation

Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and
turn
the
heat
on high.

Stir
the mixture to break up the fruit and evenly distribute the sugar to release the fruits own natural
juices.

Allow the jam to come to a full
boil
and
stir
constantly for about 3-5 minutes.

Remove from the
heat
and set to
cool.

Once the mixture has
cooled
place in the vessel of your choice for
storing
in the
refrigerator
and voila! You've got homemade jam!
